I love Madhur Jaffrey’s recipes; she’s wonderful at adapting exotic recipes for North American home cooks. I just wrote a post about trying her Masala Chai recipe, which, admittedly, is less complicated than scallion breads with dipping sauce, but delicious nonetheless!
