We've two freezers, besides the one that is part of each refrigerator. One of them started out with the idea of being for stocks and such, but less and less. I find I am canning the stocks to create more room in the freezer. We used 3 gallons of chicken stock over Thanksgiving besides 3 gallons, in pints, of assorted stocks.

We have an Atlas. Our main complaint is the difficulty of getting it to stay attached to the counter -- the included clamp kind of stinks.

What kind of pasta roller do you have? I am in the market for one - I am sick of rolling and cutting by hand - and have been looking for a good one.
