First off, I like your blog, but I can’t stand commenting. Sorry.
Secondly, could the winner have used Zahtar? I know that it has sesame seeds, sumac and thyme. And it’s middle eastern. Even if it’s not the blend that the winner used, try it. It’s good on everything. (Meat, poultry, fish, bruschetta, tofu, etc.)
