It was very lucky, and really a pleasure. Cybele, that was exactly my impression – he really was decent and kind enough to just chat with me, and he didn’t seem upset about the lack of crowd at all. I had no idea he taught kids to make chocolate until he mentioned that. That gave me a lot of respect for him.

What a wonderful story. It sounds like a great evening. Some “celebrities” would refuse to continue without a sufficient crowd, it’s a tribute to his respect for any individual that he not only stuck around, but gave you such attention.

I decided to buy the sumeet multi grind over a year ago when I was given a gift voucher, I went to Sur La Table to get it and they had just stopped stocking them and then it slipped my mind. Thanks for the reminder. I should buy one online instead.
