Stacy, you&#039;re right, I can usually handle bruschetta, too. It helps when there&#039;s a nice high mozzarella:tomato ratio, though.

		<description>I also dislike slices of raw tomatoes, but I&#039;ve found my middle ground: bruschetta. it solves the texture problem that puts me off hunks of the raw stuff. in season, I grab a heirloom tomato or two, a bulb of garlic, a bunch of basil and a baguette from the Union Sq market every few days and go nuts.</description>
