Tanna - Yeah!

Lucy - Thanks for the advice! Mmm, I love garlicky stews, so I will make sure to try some while I am there.

Ivonne - We see some butterflies around here, but not too many. And definitely fewer fireflies than when I was a kid, which is what really disappoints me.

Raspberry Sour - I'll certainly be trying it, and I'll let you know when I do. Thank you so much for posting the recipe!

Glenna - Yum indeed.

Hi Danielle, thanks so much for listing me in your round-up. I'm very flattered! Of course, these things always happen when I'm looking the other way and not updating my site :).

Hope you enjoy the soup, and let me know how it turns out. It's one of my favourites!

Cheers, RS

Those zucchini blossoms are a sight to behold! Lovely to know that there are bees about doing their business. For the longest time we didn't see a lot of bees or butterflies in our parts and I think it's because of the pesticides being used. Recently pesticides were banned in our area and suddenly ... bees! And butterflies!

Glad you like the crostata ...

If you have time, you should visit the Danube Bend, which is full of castles and history, and terrific vistas. You can go by boat on the Danube up to Visegrad. Szentendre has been turned into a tourist town, but still has charm. My favorite Hungarian dish is Brassoi Apropecsenye, which is a garlicky stew.
