		<description>I agree that there is a definite difference, and I too have deduced that it must be in the ratio of the ingredients that make the texture fluffier/less dense.  I just wanted to say, though, that my mom&#039;s recipe for banana bread strikes me as a bread, not a cake, due to texture and density.</description>

		<description>I always thought muffins were tough and chewy large things with no frosting and cupcakes were dainty little soft things with frosting...  But then, I&#039;ve never had a frosted muffin or an unfrosted cupcake.  Those little cupcake-shaped unfrosted corn things we always just called cornbread.  These are adorable.  I&#039;m adding your feed to my reading list.</description>
